Womble Bond Dickinson was selected as co-counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors in the Novan, Inc. bankruptcy case. 

Don Detweiler and Edward Schnitzer are handling the engagement for Womble Bond Dickinson. They will work with a team from Goodwin Procter LLP in representing the official committee of unsecured creditors.

Novan is a Durham, N.C.-based medical dermatology company focused on developing and commercializing innovative therapeutic products for skin diseases. The company recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
