Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Don Detweiler is set to speak on a panel at the 96th Annual National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) on October 21st. The panel will touch on Current Development and Issues Involving Liquidation Trusts in Chapter 11.The conference will be held in Orlando, Fla. and will feature a variety of speakers and panels featuring professionals discussing their experience. 

Detweiler has over two decades of experience advocating for clients nationwide in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He has served as counsel to a number of Chapter 11 debtors and creditors’ committees.
