Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Francisco Balduzzi will take part in a global panel discussion at the International Bar Association Annual Meeting Showcase session “Bridging Diverse Interests in the Extractive Industries” under Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law Section (SEERIL).

Balduzzi is a member of Womble Bond Dickinson’s Energy and Natural Resources Sector Team, which provides a full range of legal services to upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas, renewables (solar, wind, biofuels, and hydrogen), electricity generation and transmission, electric vehicles, and water infrastructure companies.

Joining Balduzzi in the panel discussion will be Brendan Clark of MinterEllison (Australia), Veronica Foley, General Counsel of Precision Drilling (U.S.); Andrea Forabosco, Energy Transition Office at Shell (The Netherlands); Peter Leon of Herbert Smith Freehills LLP (South Africa); Sternford Moylo of Scanlen & Holderness and IBA President (Zimbabwe); and Stephanie Simpson, Chair of Torys Oil and Gas Law Committee (Canada).
