Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Francisco Balduzzi was among the speakers at the In-House Counsel 101 Course presented by the Texas Bar. His presentation took place Aug. 4 in San Antonio.

Balduzzi discussed “Key Issues Facing New In-House Counsel” at the conference.

He has more than 25 years of cross-border M&A, transactional, and dispute experience within the Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) sector, focusing on the energy service (oil, gas, and power), metal, and mining industries. Before joining Womble Bond Dickinson, Balduzzi served as in-house counsel for multi-national companies operating in the ENR sector.
