Womble Bond Dickinson IP Partner Jack Hicks is set to speak on an Aug. 16 panel for Berkeley Center for Law and Technology’s weekly Tech Tuesday event. Hicks and two other panelists are set to take viewers through the highlights of the last year in design patent issues.

Hicks, a leader of WBD’s Manufacturing Industry Sector Team, will be joined in the discussion by Tracy Durkin of Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox and Peter Menell of the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology/Berkeley Law.
