On Wednesday, January 5, 2022, Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Josh Mullen served as the keynote speaker for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) of East Tennessee chapter meeting where he spoke on the topic of Ethics & Compliance Issues for Government Contractors. Mullen’s presentation addressed the rules that primarily govern ethics and compliance for government contractors, explained why robust ethics and compliance programs are important, provided instruction about the mandatory disclosure rule applicable to government contractors, and also covered various ethics and compliance issues that contractors should be aware of.
