PHOENIX (December 22, 2022) – Lewis Roca announced Kira Barrientos has rejoined the firm as Of Counsel in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group in Phoenix.

Barrientos focuses her practice on representing clients from various industries in matters relating to real estate leasing (retail, commercial, and industrial). She has experience representing retailers, restaurants, REITs, developers, homebuilders, insurance companies, and similar businesses with sophisticated real estate needs in a variety of corporate and real estate transactions. Prior to rejoining the firm, Barrientos worked as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company.  

Barrientos has been honored with CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Immigration Law, Legal Writing, Property, Torts, and Secured Transactions. Additionally, she was the Student Commencement Speaker for Arizona Summit Law School. Barrientos received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Arizona Summit Law School, and her B.B.A., cum laude, from the University of Alaska Southeast.
