Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Mark Tuft will discuss “Lawyering in a Mobile World” at the Practising Law Institute’s California MCLE Marathon 2022.

In this presentation, Tuft and Hoge Fenton Jones & Appel attorney Alison Buchanan will discuss ethical issues that arise as lawyers practice law in an increasingly mobile world. They also will explore ethical implications of geographically diverse practice including the unauthorized practice of law and the rules governing multijurisdictional practice and analyze data security and privacy implications of lawyers’ use of technology in a variety of contexts.

The CLE program takes place Tuesday, November 1.
