43rd Annual HIPAA Summit: Tyler Bridegan Interviews AGs Offices About Health Data Developments

On April 7th, Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Tyler Bridegan participated in the 43rd Annual HIPAA Summit, which is the leading forum on healthcare privacy, data security and compliance.   

Bridegan moderated a panel titled “Federal & State Enforcement of Healthcare Privacy Violations,” which featured panelists Yen P. (TiTi) Nguyen, JD, CIPP/US, Deputy Attorney General, Consumer Law Section, Privacy Unit, California Department of Justice; Hayley Penan, Deputy Attorney General, Healthcare Rights & Access Section, Reproductive Justice Unit, California Department of Justice; and Jared Rinehimer, MS, JD, Assistant Attorney General, Chief, Privacy and Responsible Technology Division, Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
