Womble Bond Dickinson’s Doug Butler and Eryn Brasovan will be speakers at the South Carolina Captive Insurance Association’s (SCCIA) 2025 Annual Executive Educational Conference, taking place September 23–25 in Charleston, South Carolina.

Doug Butler will join Ben Glenn (BPS) and Kristen Lawler (Crowe) for a panel discussion on “Captive Taxation Update."

Eryn Brasovan will co-present “Mastering Microcaptives: Navigating IRS Changes with Legal and Strategic Insights” alongside Robert Barker of VNAS Risk.

The SCCIA provides advocacy, promotion and education for the stakeholders of the South Carolina captive insurance industry.
