Womble Bond Dickinson attorneys Daniel Attaway, Stephanie Riley, and Dana Severance will give a presentation titled “Year in Review: AI & Patents (and Some Ethics)” at the Greater Philly Association of Corporate Counsel IP Institute.

The session will review developments in the law in 2023 related to patents and AI and examine potential ethical pitfalls to avoid. Attaway, Riley, and Severance will be joined in the presentation by Rosaleen Oskanian, VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Vitara Biomedical, Inc.

The Greater Philly ACC IP Institute takes place Jan. 25 in Philadelphia. The CLE event also will include sessions on “It’s an AI Kind of Year – the Evolving State of Copyright and Fair Use” and “TL;DR 2023—Trademark Leading Decisions and Rulings in 2023”.
