Womble Bond Dickinson Partner David L. Attanasio will speak on construction disputes with foreign governments as part of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution’s International Arbitration Track for iLaw 2025.  The live panel will take place in Miami on February 7.  

In his session, Attanasio will discuss the types of construction disputes that tend to escalate to investor-State arbitration and the prospects for the successful resolution of these disputes.  The session will address key issues regarding international construction arbitration and other conflict management options for infrastructure projects with states or state-related entities.
