Womble Bond Dickinson partner Frances Haynes co-authored a chapter in the 2026 supplement to the Arizona Attorneys’ Fees Manual, published by the State Bar of Arizona. The 95-page publication highlights key developments in Arizona attorneys’ fees law.

Haynes co-authored Chapter 14, “Attorney’s Fees in Construction Law,” which examines how attorneys’ fees are handled in disputes involving construction projects. The chapter covers a range of issues, payment disputes, public and private project matters, lien and bond-related issues, and contract-based construction disputes.
