On November 8, Dr. Julie Meigs will be a speaker at an upcoming In-House Counsel Event for the Intellectual Property Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Dr. Meigs will join Dr. Bernard Brown, II of Michael Best to discuss the recent Supreme Court decision in Amgen Inc. v. Sanofi, 598 U.S. 594 (2023) and to offer guidance in the post Amgen v.
