On Tuesday, September 10, Womble Bond Dickinson hosted a white-collar roundtable luncheon in conjunction with ACC-GA. 

Led by Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Joe Whitley, FTI Cybersecurity Director Todd Renner, and Robbins Partner Chuck Boring, the discussion, aptly titled, “What to Do When the Government Comes Knocking,” discussed various scenarios companies might encounter during a government investigation. The panel expanded upon government subpoenas, search warrants, and interviews, and employee and employer roles and potential legal pitfalls of each aspect of the investigation.
