Ruth Levy to Discuss Emerging Risks and Litigation Trends Involving Ultra-Processed Foods

On June 10, Womble Bond Dickinson’s Ruth Levy will speak during a webinar examining the emerging health risks of ultra-processed foods (UPFs).

“From PFAS to Ultra-Processed Foods: Are UPFs the Next Asbestos?” will explore trends and litigation involving UPFs as they continue to attract research and regulatory attention. The panel will discuss how the landscape is evolving and considerations for companies who may face mass liabilities for their role in UPF production. The webinar is hosted by FARA Recovery.

Ms. Levy will be joined by panelists Jessica Horewitz, President of Gnarus Advisors LLC; Robert Hut, Chief Executive Officer of FARA Recovery; and Milan Ceppi, Vice President of Operations at FARA Recovery.
