Womble Bond Dickinson partners Robert Savioe and Amy Greenwood-Field presented key legislative updates at the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) Annual Conference on February 19-20 in Orlando, Florida.

On February 19, Robert provided updates related to current state legislative issues for Consumer Finance and Debt. He was joined by Mary Pfaff, Senior Director-State Legislative Policy Conference Of State Bank Supervisors, Erin Van Engelen, Consumer Finance Bureau Chief – Idaho Department of Finance, and Emiliya Farbstein, Supervisor – Consumer Credit Section, Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation.
