On Thursday, May 29, 2025, Baltimore Womble attorney Keith Hinder presented to ACC Baltimore membership over lunch. His presentation, “We Signed the Lease…What’s Next?” touched on various items to consider after lease signing takes place, including a post-execution roadmap, strategies for tracking critical dates and maintaining databases, and approaches for handling construction mishaps.

There were approximately 30 ACC Baltimore members in attendance at the event, held at McCormick and Schmick’s in Baltimore. The ACC Baltimore Chapter serves the Baltimore Metropolitan Area and surrounding Maryland regions, and members enjoy CLE programs, social events, and the chance to connect with in-house counsel from across the nation.
