The State Bar of Arizona has appointed Patrick Emerson McCormick, CIPP/US to its Technology Working Group. This is an opportunity for Patrick to work with the State Bar of Arizona on all technology issues impacting practitioners in Arizona. 

Patrick is Of Counsel in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Tucson office and a member of the firm’s Privacy & Cybersecurity practice as well as the WBD AI Team and WBD Digital Solutions sector. He works closely with clients, many in highly regulated industries, on every stage of data collection, usage, and protection and AI implementation. He also assists clients in navigating the constantly changing data and AI regulatory landscape. 

Technology is reshaping law practice faster than ever. Attorneys, firms, bars, and courts are all working to keep up. Patrick looks forward to helping the Bar close that gap for Arizona's legal community while balancing against the rules of Ethics and client needs.
