Womble was proud to participate in the ELFA (Equipment Leasing & Finance Association) Legal Forum in Baltimore, where our team contributed to important industry discussions and connected with clients and colleagues.

Shari Bacsardi, a member of the ELFA Legal Forum Planning Committee, moderated “Syndications – From Collateral to Securitization,” while Jill Davidson led a panel on “Ethics in the World of Equipment Finance.”

We also enjoyed hosting clients for dinners at Maximón and Azumi, strengthening relationships and continuing great conversations beyond the conference sessions.
