Experienced financial services and capital markets attorney Paul M. Fogleman has joined Womble Bond Dickinson. Fogleman will practice in the firm’s Raleigh office.

Fogleman represents financial institutions and other lenders in a range of lending and finance transactions, including term and revolving facilities, construction facilities, asset-based lending, receivables financing, loan workouts and debt restructuring. He also counsels financial institutions in banking-related regulatory compliance. In addition, Fogleman regularly represents companies in complex commercial real estate transactions. 

Fogleman is active in the Raleigh community, serving as a Board Member of Capital City Clauses and President of the Poe Center for Health Education Board of Directors. He also regularly handles residential closings and general corporate matters on a pro bono basis for Habitat for Humanity of Wake County. 

Fogleman joins Womble Bond Dickinson’s Financial Services Sector Team, which is comprised of more than 200 lawyers in the US and UK focused on providing exceptional client service to banks and other financial institution clients across all of their transactional, regulatory and litigation needs.
