Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Phil Mohr presented at the North Carolina Bar Association’s Annual Review CLE event. 

Mohr’s presentation, “Updates from the North Carolina Business Court—A Review of Significant Decisions Over the Last Year,” analyzed more than forty (40) Business Court decisions that impacted companies doing business in North Carolina and provided helpful hints to the lawyers that represent them. The NCBA Annual Review took place Oct. 14 in Raleigh.

Mohr has more than two decades of experience in complex business litigation in North Carolina and through the Firm’s footprint. He also authors the North Carolina Business Court Report, a blog discussing how recent decisions from the North Carolina Business Court impact companies doing business in North Carolina.
