Tracy Bacigalupo represented Womble Bond Dickinson at the TMT M&A Forum USA 2023 (tmtfinance.com) telecom conference on Sept. 27-28. The NYC conference is attended by telecom sector industry leaders in towers, data centers, and fiber, and by analysts, private equity, investment banks, and debt financers. 

In addition, D. Scott Anderson and Marty Stern, along with Tracy, joined clients and industry colleagues for a dinner hosted by the firm. The dinner took place at New York’s Leash Club.
