A Womble Bond Dickinson team led by Francisco Balduzzi represented Expro Ltd. in the U.S. portion of its $215 million acquisition of Norway-based Enhanced Drilling.

In addition to Francisco, the team included Jason Simon, Yuechu Li, Patrick Allen, Kyle Hawes, Matt Homan, Jim Kearney, Paul LeBlanc, and John Pueschel.

The deal expands Expro’s well lifecycle and offshore drilling capabilities. With Enhanced Drilling having supported more than 1,000 wells globally, Expro sees significant opportunities to deploy the technology beyond its current North Sea and Caspian Sea operations into key deepwater regions such as the Gulf of America, West Africa, Brazil, and Australia.
